dc.descriptionThis following work presents five different product project management methodologies: Scrum, Sprint, Design Thinking, NUGIN and PRODIP. Given the current global and technological landscape that focuses on innovation, companies that want to remain competitive in the marketplace need to get ahead of their competitors. Thus, innovation methodologies have emerged to assist those seeking an efficient and effective organizational process culture. The concepts, objectives, methods and advantages and disadvantages of the five methodologies are defined, enabling their understanding. Thus, the company needs to have a well-defined organizational structure that supports the implementation of one of the methodologies, taking into consideration its ability to produce. Therefore, a table of characteristics was elaborated punctuated by weaknesses and strengths.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho apresenta cinco diferentes metodologias de gestão de projeto de produtos: Scrum, Sprint, Design Thinking, NUGIN e PRODIP. Diante do atual cenário global e tecnológico, que tem como foco a inovação, as empresas que querem manter-se competitivas no mercado precisam sair na frente de seus concorrentes. Assim, as metodologias de inovação surgiram para auxiliar aqueles que buscam uma cultura organizacional de processos eficiente e eficaz. São definidos os conceitos, os objetivos, os métodos e as vantagens e desvantagens das cincos metodologias possibilitando a compreensão delas. Deste modo, a empresa precisa ter uma estrutura organizacional bem definida que suporte a implementação de uma das metodologias, levando em consideração sua capacidade de produzir. Portanto, foi elaborado um quadro de características pontuados os pontos fracos e fortes.pt_BR
